Sheryl Watson

Sheryl Watson joined the ARTZ Philadelphia Board in 2021.

She graduated from Spelman College with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and completed her Executive MBA in July 2022. Sheryl serves as Human Resources Business Partner at The Michaels Organization.

Sheryl is passionate about empowering people to be their best. In her role, she partners with the leadership team to drive initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. Empowering leaders to support operations and employees, the most valuable asset.

She is the proud mother of a teenager who is a visual artist and is a long-term resident of Mt. Airy, who loves the culture, art, community, and diversity of her neighborhood.
