Shawnna Regan

Shawnna joined the ARTZ Philadelphia board in July 2023.

Shawnna Regan (she/hers) is a portrait artist; diversity equity and inclusion professional; and board and committee member of Philadelphia-based nonprofits. She holds a BFA from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art. Her portraits are characterized by resilience, embodiments of self-reflection, and societal commentary. Beyond her artistic endeavors, Shawnna is deeply invested in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of life, and aims to make an impact in the realm of social change. As a DEI professional, she has enjoyed several years of collaborating with organizations and businesses to create equitable and inclusive environments, and currently serves as the Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney.

As a board member of ARTZ Philadelphia, Shawnna is very excited to add resources and value to a mission that so closely aligns with her passion for service, inclusion, and the joy of art making.
