About the Event
Join us Monday July 11th 10:30AM-12:00PM (EDT) for a special In-Person Café for Care Partners at Woodmere Art Museum
Calling all care partners, we are meeting in-person!
During our July Café for Care Partners, Philadelphia artist Steve Donegan, the co-creator of the outdoor installation La Cresta at Woodmere, will be leading an in-person tour of the installation. This land-sculpting installation takes inspiration from the horticultural practice of hügelkulture, a work of art that blurs the line between creativity and horticultural practice.
Steve Donegan is a Philadelphia based artist who works with two- and three-dimensional forms, in metal and in fiber. His work is in collections from the United States to China. Donegan studied painting and sculpture at the Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia and the School of Visual Arts in New York City.
Please note: the event will be dependent on prevailing conditions related to COVID, as we will always prioritize the health and safety of our participants and staff. Masks and proof of vaccination are required to attend this event.
