About the Event
Join us April 15th at 10:00 AM (ET) for an in-person Café for Care Partners at Center in the Park. After you register, we will send you information and instructions.
Come join us at Center in the Park, while we hear from our special guest, physical therapist Dr. Annalisa Na, and her team about resources for pain management for the person you love who is living with dementia and musculoskeletal pain. Dr. Na leads the CHaM-Pain Lab at Drexel University and is a champion for our community members striving to live well with dementia. We look forward to seeing you there! (Seats are limited, so please register now.) Light refreshments will be provided.
