ROAD TRIP!

Who’s ready to get out on the open road and enjoy the summer sun? It’s time to gas up the car, grease the gears, and flip the top down on the sunroof as we take a road trip to some of your favorite songs! Join MB Singley in this fun-filled hour as we speed through some of your favorite towns on Route 66, do some late night Walking after Midnight, and maybe take the Freeway of Love in a pink Cadillac!

MB Singley is a Philadelphia-based multidisciplinary artist and musician who explores the human condition through story, song and audience engagement. She has self-produced three albums of original music and she can be heard on John Legend’s Grammy-nominated debut album, Get Lifted. MB has created a children’s music program called Jams for Junior Jawns, produced a podcast celebrating the influence of singer songwriter Phyllis Hyman, and worked as a composer for several musicals. In 2020, MB premiered her one-woman show about growing up as a black woman in the United States, Turn, at the Kimmel Center.
