Charlea Lyn Redsell

Charlea Lyn Redsell joined the ARTZ Philadelphia board in 2025.

Originally from a small farm town in New York, Charlea Lyn Redsell holds a B.M. in both Music Education and Vocal Performance from SUNY Fredonia as well as a M.M. in Vocal Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. After several years of pursuing a career in opera, Charlea Lyn began working in the senior care field when she moved to Philadelphia in 2017.  Currently, Charlea Lyn is the co-owner of the Center City and Dresher Home Instead locations.  She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner and SHRM – Senior Certified Professional.  

Charlea Lyn is most excited to serve on the board of Artz Philadelphia as it perfectly combines her two passions!  Using the arts to build connection and community is vital as we strive to enrich the lives of those living with dementia and their care partners.
